I'm finishing up some bears for my bear show this weekend... and I have a few favorites set aside to put on GRUNGE this month! But I thought I would share some snippets to get you excited!
That is Pennelton wool in his ears and on his paws! My gramma was a teacher and she made her own suits so it is made from some scraps of hers. And it's probably at least as old as I am because that's about how long she's been retired!!
This guy is almost done... but I want to find him just the perfect bow... black velvet maybe?
This one is just so sweet and innocent looking! I had no intention of using that cute thirties fabric for her paw pads... but it was sitting by my machine when I was stitching her up, and I thought... hmmm... that looks really cute with this dark brown fur... I wonder... and so yep... I did it! And I have to say I just love it. It looks very feminine to me :) I think she's done... but I'll mull over her for a few more days to see if she really is done or if she needs something :)
So please check Grunge on the 15th to see how these turned out (right now I do have one little boy bear left on there from the last update)! I'll also list the losers from my bear beauty pageant. The winners are listed on Glitter now :)
Thanks! Missy
oooooh my goodness..I can't handle it!!! I want a room full of your bears and bunnies!!!

The bears are just adorable. I was cruising around eBay last night and saw a little handmade bear who's bid was over $300 Cdn. Wow. I'll have to pop over to G&G to check out the beauty pagent.
