WHoo HOO! I have nothing but fabulous things to report! Baz Biz was soooo fun! I went with Jessica and Amy. The three of us car pooled in my little tiny Rav 4! (I didn't want to take the truck because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to park it.) I couldn't believe we fit all of our stuff in, but we did! Jessica didn't have a lot because she just moved and didn't have time to work, and Amy was supposed to share a booth with Jen, (who didn't end up making it because she was sick... sorry Jen! We missed you!). We are all in Sac Craft Mafia together. So anyway... it was 3 girls, with a "half a tables worth" of stuff each, and we totally fit. That's the good news. The bad news is we got lost! LOL! I was driving, and it's all my fault, but I totally blew it. We were supposed to be in Golden Gate park, which is nice big GREEN SPOT on the map, but we drove around the Presidio, which is a different nice big green spot on the map. LOL! But wouldn't you know they both had streets named Lincoln?! We needed Lincoln Way, tho, and we were on Lincoln Blvd. OOPS! My bad! So we arrived at the show exactly 12 minutes before it started... and needless to say ... we had to set up and pee! LOL! Damn Starbucks in the morning! LOL! So that was the lowlight to the show, getting lost. There was another low light, but I won't mention her. ooohhh... I'm mean. But she was meaner... I'll just say that.
Now are you ready for the highlight?? Well... there were lots... too many to mention, but I will say the show was wonderful, and really organized and nice, and well attended... but the best part???? The producer for an up coming video for Carol Duval bought my little pink sock monkey to give to her!!! WHat???!!! I know! I was giddy for the whole day. My lil pink sock monkey is going to live in one of the most famous sock monkey collections ever! Can you believe it??? Me neither! I'm just beside myself with joy! I don't normally make those. In fact, I've never made a sock monkey before that one... but I thought those socks were so cute I just had to make them into something! And now she's going to Michigan! Thanks ladies!!!
I took like almost 40 pics at the show, and didn't have much time to do more. (I did of course have to set up in 12 minutes, so that didn't help! LOL!) I put them all on my flickr if you want to have a look. I have a few things that are Christmas themed that didn't sell, so I'm adding them to my etsy shop at a discounted price. I want you to be able to get them and enjoy them for at least a day or two before Christmas. :) Thanks for looking! I'm off to get ready for Christmas now... I have A LOT to do, since I've been slacking a little this year!
Yay for my girls! I was so thinking about you chicas. I almost went out there too!
congrats, and I am going to beep out your pics.

How exciting about that little pink sock monkey. Carol is one crafting queen isn't she? I remember watching her on tv. Is she still on?
And you just had to have that Starbucks didn't you???
