and I'm going to DISNEYLAND! lol :)
I hope you all had a great Christmas! I know I did! My gramma got me a pink kitchen aid mixer.... which is so cool because I really never thought I would ever get one, but I always wanted one. Now I have to go buy measuring cups and measuring spoons so I can bake. LOL! (I'm a fridge dough, break and bake kind of girl! and my mac and cheese comes from a box!)
And my parents got our whole family 2 day park hopper tickets to Disneyland! WHOOOO HOOOO!
Those were my two favorite gifts this holidays season.... only if you don't count the grand prize winner that is (The wreath Gracie made me at school... including a fabulous box decorated with paper trees and snowmen!)
Christmas was really fun and kept me really busy and now I'm busy working for the update of Glitter and Grunge, and another secret (I think it's supposed to be secret anyway... I have to check before I can tell you) project that's due next week. I really wish I had good pics to share with you... but I of the 358 pictures I took over the course of 2 days... none of them are crafty pics.. LOL! Just lots of my kids with their way too many toys. (Obviously they got too many toys, or I wouldn't have been able to take 358 pics! LOL!) Here's a pic of Daisy with a Candy Land game (it's awesome for toddlers... I HIGHLY recommend it!) and a pic of Gracie with the elusive Squaker Mc Parrot. I don't know how Santa does it... I sware. And she's wearing her dad's new Dale Jr. hat. Again... elusive 88 gear... Santa's magic! and she's also wearing her new Hanna Montana purse. Did I mention she's taken to calling me Hanna Mon-mommy. I find it quite flattering really! LOLOL!
The day after Christmas the girls and I went with my parents to Reno, and it started snowing... we called it a blizzard because we are beach people... really it was a few snow flakes that didn't even stick to the side of the road. LOL! But of course, since we are so not snow smart... we decided that a few flurries was enough for us to want to turn back! LOL! So we were only in Reno for about 45 minutes, then we turned around and came home, stopping on the side of the road to play in the snow :) (It was 19 degrees, which I think is the coldest temp. I have ever been in, in my whole entire life, by about 10 degrees.... so if you're wondering why I'm wearing a tshirt in the snow... there's 2 reasons... one... I don't own snow clothes, and two... I didn't know we were gonna be in a blizzard! LOL!)
