Handmade Card Swap, please join the fun!

UPDATE!  Sign Ups STILL OPEN!  I don't want anyone that wants to swap to miss out, so anyone who signs up before April 9th is in!  I will close sign ups then!  We'll make it work!  Also, I'm adding a MINI KID SWAP TO THIS!  If you have a child that would like to send a card with your cards, please do that!  So the kid(s) can send 1-2 cards with your cards, and they will get the same number back.  Please include your child's name and age in the envelope with their card(s)  No need to send extra money because they will ship with your cards!  My two kids are in... they are 5 and 8 :)  This is so fun!!  (The kid element is totally seperate from the regular swap, so don't worry, if you send no kid cards, you will get no kid cards!  LOL!)

It's Swapping TIME!!!  This will be a swap of 10 handmade cards!  Here's how it will work:  You send me 10 handmade cards (They can be all the same or some different, any occasion) and $2.  I will then take all of those cards and send them to other swappers, and send you back 10 DIFFERENT handmade cards, made by 10 different people, packaged all cute and ready for you to use!  The $2 will cover the cost of shipping the cards back to you.  I've found this is my favorite way to organize swaps because then nobody gets burned.  If someone signs up, and then doesn't send me cards, no loss, because they won't be getting any in return.

Details:

Swap will close at 22 participants

due date: mail cards to me by no later than 4/30/10

card requirements:  handmade only, any theme, please include an envelope for each card, and have at least 2 layers and one embelishment

How to sign up:  leave a comment here, post about the swap on your blog, and when you leave a comment, please make sure to include your NAME and EMAIL!

Here's a blog graphic to use if you so choose :)  Just right click it and save it!

Bonus points:  For every swapper that posts about my kickstarter project, I will include an extra little goody for you in your swap package as a great big thank you for helping me get the word out :)  You can read more about it on this post here.
